PulleeAI offers tools for business automation, including but not limited to:

• Embeddable AI chatbot widgets for websites
• Voice AI agents for automated telephony calls
• WhatsApp Business API integration for lead notifications
• Admin and Client dashboards for data management and analytics
• Lead capture and management tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

To use PulleeAI, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use PulleeAI to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or engage in any form of harassment.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to disrupt the service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Collect or harvest personal data from end-users without appropriate consent and disclosures.
• Use the service to conduct fraudulent activities or deceive end-users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.

As a PulleeAI client embedding our widget or deploying our voice/WhatsApp integrations on your platforms, you are responsible for:

• Obtaining all necessary consents from your end-users to collect and process their data via PulleeAI.
• Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date privacy policy on your website that discloses the use of AI-powered chat, voice, and messaging tools.
• Ensuring your use of PulleeAI complies with all applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, and India's DPDP Act).
• Promptly responding to end-user requests regarding their data that are forwarded to you by PulleeAI.
• Securing your API keys and preventing unauthorized access to your PulleeAI account.

The platform, including its software, design, logos, and content, is the property of PulleeAI and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the platform ("User Content"). By using PulleeAI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Some features of PulleeAI require a paid subscription or usage-based credits.

• Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Subscription renewals are processed automatically until cancelled.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days' notice to your registered email.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
